Herb ShearsI call them scissors… Sally just made my life easier.  I have spent way too many years trying to chop herbs into tiny little pieces with miserable results.  Now I know the secret – shears!  Simply use shears (scissors – thank you) to snip the thin leaves of parsley, chives or whatever into little bits as needed. So easy and obvious now that I know this.  I am off to the store to buy a pair to add to my kitchen utensil collection.  Hope they have some with green handles.
