    &#8211; Throw in some mint leaves (peppermint or spearmint &#8211; buy fresh at market if you aren&#8217;t growing them)<br />
    &#8211; Place lid on top and put in sunny spot outside<br />
    &#8211; Over time watch the water change color<br />
    &#8211; When a rich color, take it inside and filter out the mint leaves<br />
    &#8211; Add honey and lemon juice to taste<br />
    &#8211; Serve on ice.  Very refreshing and delicious!<br />
Kids can make this from beginning to end.  If they make enough, they can set up a Sun Tea stand and sell it!</p>
<p>Side health benefits:  great for digestion, antioxidant, anti0microbial making it a breath refresher</p>
<p>Side budget benefit: cheaper than buying the not-as-good-for-you flavored teas in cans and bottles.</p>
