		<description>I especially like this because of its simplicity. And the flavors naturally go together...it&#039;s one of the best uses for fruit juices, too.
Another sweetener for this would be powdered or stick cinnamon, which will boost some of the missing sugar, but without the calories, and with insulin sensitizing.
