WOW!  AMAZING!  Coconut Bliss ice cream. My favorite flavor: dark chocolate.  It was richly flavorful, very mouth-feel satisfying, and silky creamy which is unbelievable since it contains no dairy, no soy, no gluten, is sweetened with agave syrup (low glycemic), is made with coconut milk so only has MCT fats (middle chain triglycerides) for immediate use as energy, and it is certified organic.  There were 10 other flavors.  Molly’s number one choice was Mint Galatica.  We did not have time to taste the others, though we wanted to… So, out of the hundreds of products we evaluated at Expo East, Coconut Bliss won my “Top Pick” award.  Can’t wait for the Kid Kritics to taste test this ice cream.  When it is time for a treat, it is time for Coconut Bliss!
