Sugar makes your fat.  Fifty-five percent of your brain is fat.  Your neural system runs on fat.  At least 30% of our daily food intake should be fat.  It must be natural, not processed altered fats such as hydrogenated trans fats.  The sensationalism of fat being bad has turned us into a fat-deprived nation. The results are sickening.  So watch out for sugar and enjoy some fat.
