CHOCOLATE ENERGY BITES
by Greens+

3 REASONS TO USE IT
1. Loaded with Organic Green Superfoods: Hawaiian Spirulina, organic barley grass, organic wheat grass, Japanese chlorella, organic alfalfa grass, royal jelly, dunaliella salina algae, organic Nova Scotia dulse, ginkgo biloba leaf extract… to name a few. Can you imagine eating any of these foods straight? That’s the brilliance of these Bites. All these Superfoods combined and coated chocolate, everyone will want to eat them!
2. The ingredients are pure and nutrient packed: acerola berry juice, licorice root, milk thistle seed extract, organic beet juice, grape seed and skin extract, European bilberry extract, organic quinoa sprout powder and there’s more. All gluten-free, alkaline forming, and cold processed to retain nutrients. Greens+ has done it right, for your family and you.
3. Kid love them. The Kids Kritics and lots of other kids we have worked with, at events and personally, all beg for more. The chocolate coating opens the door and the ingredient formulation somehow makes all the ingredients together taste yummy. Every penny you spend on these bites pays off big, one square at a time.
3 WAYS TO USE IT
1. Breakfast Menu: Bites, orange sections, cheese stick, water.
2. Lunch Menu: Bites, Chicken Noodle Soup, Apple, spring water
3. Snack Menu: Bites, spring water.
These Bites are so nutrient dense that a little added filler and water is all your kids will need for breakfast or lunch. Maybe these should be called, “Meal in a Bite.”

LUNCH BOX MENU

- Turkey Nut Butter Pinwheel (details below)
- Veggie Sticks, KKA* (EatSmart, Snyder’s of Hanover)
- Chocolate Energy Bites KKA* (Greens +)
- Water, KKA* (Iceland Spring)
Turkey Nut Butter Pinwheel: Puree nut butter, almond milk, olive oil, Teriyaki sauce, & minced garlic. Spread on a whole grain tortilla. Layer slices of turkey on top. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Then add lettuce leaves. Roll tight. Secure with tooth picks. Slice as desired. For details, please see recipe on www.KidKritics.com. Use your family’s favorite nut or seed butter. Super delicious!
For crunch appeal, add Veggie Sticks to this lunch. Light tasting with a little veggie value – kids love them!
In the last lunch box menu we did include the Greens+ Chocolate Energy Bars. They have just introduced a smaller size, perfect for kids so we felt compelled to feature what they call Bites! We have yet to find a kid who doesn’t love these. And, they are filled with Superfoods!
Of course spring water is a must. We believe Iceland Spring is the best alkaline (pH 8.88) choice for you and your family.
