Mint-leaves-2007

Your brain, blood, bones, ears, eyes, hair, heart, lungs, mouth/teeth, muscles, nails, nerves, nose, and skin are all fed by the nutrients found in mint.  Put a sprig in ice water, lemonade or tea. Place some leaves in your summer salads.  Stir minced mint leaves into your freshly steamed vegetables just before serving.  Use mint oil when baking.  Mint not only smells irresistable, it brightens up the flavors of your food and drinks.  Everyone loves the flavor of mint. Enjoy it all summer!”

… for the health of your family,
