PREP TIME: 5 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 1 or more depending on ages

16oz Banilla Low-Fat Yogurt, Stonyfield’s
1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (we used strawberries)
Place in blender. Puree until smooth. Serve.

Option: Add ice cubes.  Add 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed oil or 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseeds.

3+ Food Colors: white, red, yellow (banana in yogurt), + golden option
2+ Food Groups: fruit, dairy, + seeds & essential fatty acids options

For breakfast, lunch or snacks, this is a great simple recipe. We suggest offering some nuts and seeds on the side, except for those with nut allergies.  Yogurt in any form provides your children with much needed protein, minerals, and exceptional life-giving probiotics.
