PERFORMANCE RATING: 5+/3+

Simple can be better. Use kabobs presentations to stack different foods making it fun to eat. Use coffee stirrers or straws in place of pointed wooden kabob sticks if you prefer. Hot dogs do not always have to be served in hot dog buns. For instance, often you find them in casseroles and bean dishes. Try this kabob idea. We do know that kids are not big fans of meat that has been touched with fruit so use the carrots or cheese slices to separate them. IDEA: Why don’t you have your kids make these for themselves?

A 5+/3+ Performance Rating is good enough, especially for a summer picnic. Celery could be added for a touch of green. Be creative and have fun with kabobs!
