FALAFEL CHIPS CRUSTED CHICKEN STRIPS

Preheat: Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Equipment: Baking sheet, plate, large plastic baggie, rolling pin (or food processor)

Prep Time: About 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Number of Servings: 4 or more, depending on ages

- 2 oz. Falafel Chips, organic original (Flamous Brands)
Crush Falafel Chips in baggie with rolling pin or use food
processor until they are slightly larger than bread crumbs.

- 1 lb. chicken breasts, raw (antibiotic free, free range)
Pound raw chicken breasts so they are of even thickness. Press
chicken breasts into chips on plate until thoroughly covered.

– Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place coated
chicken breasts on baking sheet. Spray tops with olive oil spray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165
degrees Fahrenheit.

- Organic Ketchup
Sliced baked chicken breasts into strips. Serve with ketchup dip or other favorite condiments.

Options: Use parchment on baking sheet for easy cleanup!
