Pour a fresh glass of water in a glass and drink it.

It can be ice cold, room temperature or warm.

For variety squeeze in fresh lemon or lime juice. You can even drop some frozen berries in a glass before serving.

Use it to make herbal tea.

Most of all, just drink it.

How much? Half your body weight in ounces. A 100 pound male or female should drink a minimum of 50 ounces of water per day. Those exposed to heat and moderate to excessive activity need to drink more. Anyone who is stressed needs to drink extra water! Your life depends on it.
