4+ FOOD GROUPS: Fruit, dairy, nuts, sweet + seeds option
This parfait is absolutely delicious – even when it sits in the refrigerator for a day before you eat it. Yum, Yum, Yum. When possible, use organic strawberries – may be easier to find frozen. We like the plain yogurt version best as it is low sugar. There is a lot of natural sweetness and flavor in the bananas, strawberries and bluerries – plus the toppings. Without question, this is one of our favorite recipes!
“Really good! Easy to prepare! The kids can help!” (Mary, mother of 3)
