Bunny Snack Mix & Yogurt Parfait

PANS/EQUIPMENT: 1 air-tight container
PREP TIME: 2 minutes
NUMBER OF SERVINGS: 8 or more depending on ages
1 cup Annie’s Bunny Graham Friends
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
1 cup your favorite healthy granola
Mix together and enjoy! Store Snack Mix in an air-tight container. Can be enjoyed as a topping for yogurt! (see Amanda’s serving suggestion below)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt per person (no artificial ingredients)
3 strawberries per person
Add yogurt to a serving bowl. Top with strawberries and Snack Mix. Serve chilled.
OPTIONS: Use your family’s favorite nuts and yogurt flavors. Amanda says “My son [4 years old] loves any nut. The most popular are cashews and almonds whole.”
