TIPS: What an easy way to cover a lot of nutrient bases with finger food. Yes, we are calling this finger food since kids like to pick out the grapes, chicken, apples and more. It would be nicer if they used a fork or spoon, so please put one inside this lunch box. Odds are, they’ll overlook it. The graham crackers add a crunchy mildly sweet touch. In order to make sure their tummies are full, make the following smoothie: 6-8 oz. almond or rice milk (plain), 2 Tablespoons peanut or almond butter, 1/2 frozen banana. Blend in smoothie. Put a couple of ice cubes in the thermos. Pour in the smoothie and screw lid on tightly. Your kids will be well nourished for hours.

Lunch Box Motto: “Fast and easy to prepare. Fun to eat.” Messy finger food works for kids especially when combined with the crunch of graham crackers. We topped the last Cool Lunch Box menu with a 7/8 Performance Rating. Even if your kids leave the nuts behind, you are still powering them up with a great range of yummy healthy food!
