It’s real simple. Chose one of the Rudi’s gluten-free breads, spread some almond butter on one slice. Dust a little cinnamon over the butter. Put the second slice on top and cut them into four triangles. Remember, when you do this, kids eat the crusts. You can us any type of nut or seed butter. Have you ever tried a good sunflower seed one? The cheese puffs add a light crunch and they are yummy delicious. A ripe banana helps to fill tummies with staying power. Your kids will not be hungry for awhile after this lunch.
