On the Whole Wheat Bread (it could be Gluten-Free). spread some whipped cream cheese (organic if possible) and a no sugar added berry jam of choice. This is such an easy sandwich we often forget about it. Especially for camp, it takes no time to eat and provides your children with energy for their afternoon activities. When you make the Breakfast Cereal Muffins made with an Apple, bake some in the mini size. They are easy to pop in smaller mouths. Crunchy celery with a nut or seed butter of choice rounds out this lunch’s flavor and texture appeal. Spring water is essential. In the summer, it is critical! Be sure to give them enough.
